Response Times

  • New inquiries: Within 1 business day
  • Active project questions: Same business day via your project channel (Slack, Teams, or email)
  • SLA-backed support clients: Per your contract — typically 4–24 hours depending on severity

For Existing Clients

If you have an active support or AMC agreement, please use your designated support email or ticketing channel for fastest resolution. Include your project name, environment (production/staging), steps to reproduce, and screenshots where applicable.

For production-critical issues under SLA, mark your email subject with [URGENT] and call us directly.

For New Projects
